ABOUT THE PROJECT
The City of Eustis, through its Strategic Planning completed on 2007 established a vision for the City as a friendly hometown, a community for families, and a destination for arts and culture.  Specifically the vision for Downtown Eustis is imagined as a thriving downtown that capitalizes on its unique waterfront and has quality neighborhoods, and is a home for small businesses.

The goal of this project, the Downtown Eustis Implementation Plan, is to identify the physical and economic opportunities and challenges associated with the study area and develop plans and strategies to marry the City’s vision with the physical and economic opportunities.  This planning and urban design effort is intended to provide a broad foundation for planning, regulatory and economic principles that are appropriate for the City of Eustis’s downtown and its surrounding neighborhoods.
